At The Scent Vista, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained. The product must remain in its original condition to be eligible.
Light *testing of the perfume is allowed* to check the fragrance. However, the perfume must not be used regularly or excessively. The bottle and box must be undamaged, unbroken, and in original condition. If the bottle is broken, the box is damaged, or the perfume is heavily used, the product will not qualify for return or exchange.
In case of a valid return or exchange, return shipping and courier charges will be paid by The Scent Vista. Customers are required to pack the product safely before sending it back to avoid damage during transit.
